Returns & Refund Policy

At Zenaria, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right, so we’re here to make returns simple and stress-free.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

The item is in resalable condition

You can provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Gift cards

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Items returned outside the 14-day window
How to Return an Item

Email us at zenariasales@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

A full refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We may request clear photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly. We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit — whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
